About this event

This is a free virtual class for new parents of children throughout the first year of life. This session provides the opportunity for parents to talk about both their joys and struggles in a welcoming environment. A registered nurse will be available during the discussion as a support. Monthly topics relating to parenting and postpartum care will be included.
