About this event

ALL Medical Staff Members are required to pay physician dues each year, according to Medical Staff Policy 119. Dues are $350 per physician. If you are paying for more than one physician, use the “Add Additional Attendee" button in the description section of the checkout page. Please use the physician's name when submitting payment.
