Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): 

Flexible Support for Mental Health Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy while allowing you to live at home and manage your daily responsibilities. Designed for adults 18 and older, this program helps individuals who need more support for their mental health but are still able to manage everyday activities. Sessions are held 3 hours a day, 3 days per week, giving you the flexibility to practice coping skills in real-life situations while continuing to receive therapeutic support.
