The Farm at Trinity Health - Oakland
Started in 2020 and located directly outside the North entrance of the Pontiac hospital, The Farm at Trinity Health Oakland has 1.3 acres of productive and beautiful multifunctional spaces including food production, a cut flower garden, herb garden, and a timber frame pavilion that offers a tranquil spot to share a meal or host community gatherings. We welcome you to cut a bouquet of flowers for yourself, but please leave the produce in place. To purchase veggies from us, please visit our Farm Stand, shop our Food Pantry, or sign up for a Farm Share.
