Trinity Health Healthy Families - Brighton is a family program that promotes strong healthy bodies and families that thrive. The program includes eight weekly classes and two individual visits. A parent or caregiver and child attend class together each week. The classes focus on behavior, nutrition and physical activity.
Patient Information:
Our Registered Dietitians and Licensed Counselor are available to meet with you and your child. Please call 734-712-5694 or email AASJSHAPEDOWN@stjoeshealth.org to set up an appointment. Both daytime and evening appointments are available. A referral is not required; we will work with your doctor's office to obtain the information needed.

Insurance is billed for this program and scholarships are available.

Directions and Parking
Park and enter at the Cancer Center entrance of St. Joseph Mercy Brighton. Once you enter the building, take the staircase on your right up to the second floor. Proceed straight at the top of the stairs to the Community Rooms.
