Our specialty Wound Care team consists of Plastic Surgeons, Nurse Practitioners, Physical therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and support staff. We provide specialized care for a variety of wounds and burns such as:
- Diabetic foot wounds
- Venous ulcers
- Arterial ulcers
- Surgical and pressure related wounds
- Osteomyelitis
- Radiation injury/necrosis
- Necrotizing infections
- Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Our Wound Care team uses multiple treatment techniques including:
- Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy
- Tissue alternatives
- Skin grafting
- Negative pressure wound therapy
- Specialty dressings and wraps
- Compression therapy
- Debridement
- Offloading
- Total contact casting
- Topical medication

Directions from Sherman Entrance
After turning into the campus, turn right at the drive near the Cancer Center and the Emergency Department. Follow the drive along US31 to the parking lot in front of the professional building. Please follow all traffic and patient parking signs.
Directions from Roberts Entrance
Turn on to Mercy Drive from Roberts, follow the drive to the stop sign, and turn right at the main driveway. Turn left at the drive near the Cancer Center and the Emergency Department. Follow the drive along US31 to the parking lot in front of the professional building. Please follow all traffic and patient parking signs.
