A favorite with the whole family, our Homemade Ranch recipe makes a creamy and zesty dressing that pairs well with fresh cut vegetables.

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped and pasted
  • 1 Tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup full-fat buttermilk (sub whole milk if needed)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together or shake in a container.
  2. Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper as necessary.

This dip is great for fresh cut vegetables, or you can reduce the amount of buttermilk to ½ cup to make thicker and use as a sandwich spread.
